Consultations require a $25 fee, cash or check at the time of the appointment. The consultation fee will be waived if the alteration is accepted.
Total payment is due upon completion. Cash or Check PREFFERED. A 3% fee will be added to all electronic payments (Credit, Debit, Venmo or Paypal). We cannot release the garment until payment is made.
Non-formal alterations may not be available March through September.
For all general alterations:
General (Non-Formal) alterations are only available October through March. There is a minimum of $25 per garment.
Please allow at least 14 days for hems and at least 30 days for other alterations. Less than 14 days may result in a rush fee. Items that need zippers may require a special order and therefore more time to complete.
